Gated Community - Each household receives gate credentials to enter the community. Residents can also authorize guests, contractors, and temporary access codes through the community portal or directly in the cellgate app.
Resident Portal - The Resident Portal is your central resource for governing documents, community announcements, forms, and account information. We encourage every household member to register.
Governing Documents - Rosemont is governed by its Declaration of Covenants, Bylaws, Architectural Guidelines, and Board-adopted policies, all available through the Resident Portal.
